The Centre will be participating in the ESRC Festival of Social Sciences, creating a video on the topic of plastic usage.

The ESRC Festival of Social Science is an annual celebration of the social sciences.

From its start with 25 events in 2002, the festival has grown and evolved. The 2019 Festival saw over 88,000 attendees across 275 events spread throughout the UK, with topics ranging from AI and mental health to economics, parenting and education.

This year ESRC is taking a new approach to the Festival. The 2020 Festival of Social Science (FoSS 2020) will be a digital-first event, to be held from 7-15 November. FoSS 2020 will feature exciting and creative events run by our 34 partners.
